1. Introduction
Welcome to Yeppoon Car Care. By booking or using our detailing services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both the customer and Yeppoon Car Care.
2. Services Provided
Yeppoon Car Care offers vehicle detailing and cleaning services including, but not limited to:
Exterior washes
Interior detailing
Paint decontamination
Ceramic protection
Vacuuming and shampooing
Trim and tyre dressing
Maintenance detailing
Services may vary depending on package selection and vehicle condition.
3. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once agreed upon by both parties.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash and electronic transfer unless stated otherwise.
Deposits may be required for premium or large bookings.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Yeppoon Car Care reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose:
Existing paint damage
Loose trims or accessories
Electrical faults
Sensitive aftermarket modifications
Yeppoon Car Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage identified before or during service.
6. Personal Belongings
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. While care is taken, Yeppoon Car Care is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are unsatisfied, concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion so we can reasonably address the issue.
8. Liability
Yeppoon Car Care will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, worn paint, fragile trims, aftermarket installations, or neglected vehicle surfaces.
Some stains, odours, scratches, and imperfections may not be fully removable.
9. Weather & Mobile Services
For mobile detailing:
Adequate access to the vehicle must be provided.
Weather conditions may affect service availability or results.
Safe working conditions are required at all times.
10. Photos & Marketing
Yeppoon Car Care may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality assurance and promotional purposes. Number plates and personal information can be blurred upon request.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
Unsafe working environments
Aggressive behaviour
Excessively contaminated vehicles
Biohazard materials without prior notice
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mould, sand, or biohazards.
